Alpha Online

Alpha is back!

Does lockdown have you reflecting on your priorities and wondering what life is all about? Alpha is a chance to discuss all of this, as well as hear about the Christian faith. It involves watching a video in your own time and joining a small group each week for an informal discussion on zoom.

Starting next Wednesday evening, 6th May. Please email hannahl@fulwoodfmc.net to sign up or hear more about it. No commitment, no pressure, no cost. We would love you to join us

The Marriage Sessions

In our gathering this morning Nicki encouraged us to consider taking part in the Marriage Session run by Care for the Family, who say this:

In less than two weeks we’ll be streaming our first episode of The Marriage Sessions. Over 3,000 couples are already taking part – so join in and sign up for a free date night (or four)!

The Marriage Sessions explores how couples can build a fun, strong and lasting relationship. Many marriages will be feeling the strain right now, but we’re hoping this resource will help you not only endure this season together, but enjoy it.

Every Monday from 11 May for four weeks we’ll send you a link to one session, which you can watch at a time that suits you and your partner best. Each episode includes a mix of real life stories, insight from leading relationship specialists and trusted wisdom from Rob Parsons.

Midweek you’ll also receive some bonus content to help you unpack the session even further (just make sure you confirm to receive emails from us when you sign up).

So sign up today and enjoy four free date nights on us!

LOOK UP CHILD CD – DAIGLE, LAUREN – £12.99

Two-time GRAMMY Award nominee Lauren Daigle is back. After bursting onto the scene in 2015 with her platinum selling debut album How Can It Be, Lauren returns with a brand new album, Look Up Child, and new single “You Say”.   “Look Up Child has been in the works for quite some time and I’m excited to finally share it with my fans,” says Lauren. “The studio has become my companion as I’ve poured all that I can into what is now a body of work that I deeply treasure.” The first single from Look Up Child, “You Say,” demonstrates a growth in Lauren’s talent as a songwriter and vocalist. The song is both emotional and uplifting, a reminder to look inward to find strength in difficult times. From catchy melodies, to reggae jive, sweeping orchestral ballads to back beat vibe, Look Up Child has transcribed the pulse of Lauren’s veins into musical form. She adds, “Every part of the music experience, of Look Up Child, shares a profound love, deep rooted joy, and hopefully a connection to the music for people to share.”
