The bible tells us that God lavished his grace upon us (Ephesians 1:7-9) and forgives us, because of that we should show grace and forgiveness to others.
Jesus told us:
For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. (Matthew 6:14)
It’s might seem easy to offer forgiveness for the little things, but it’s in the terrible situation that our true character comes out.
