As a church, we recognise the need to provide a safe and caring environment for everyone, from children to elderly people. We accept that all people have a right to be protected from physical or mental violence, injury or abuse, neglect or negligent treatment or exploitation, including sexual abuse. The church board has adopted a detailed safeguarding policy in accordance with statutory guidance. A copy of this policy and its procedures can be obtained from the church office.

The church’s safeguarding co-ordinations are Peter and Kathryn Ward and any concerns can be communicated to them by emailing safeguarding@fulwoodfmc.net
