CO-LEAD PASTOR – COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND PASTORAL CARE

Applications are invited for the new role of Co-Lead Pastor – Community Outreach and Pastoral Care. 

Our purpose

Fulwood Free Methodist Church exists to be a loving and welcoming community of people who follow Jesus and aim to make Him known.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Co-Lead Pastor to serve in a collaborative co-leadership model with a focus on community outreach, pastoral care, and ministry to young adults. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities.  Above all, we seek someone with a deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ, someone who is servant-hearted, compassionate, and with a genuine care for people. 

The successful candidate will also be ordained, or eligible for ordination, within the Free Methodist Church, and have proven experience in pastoral leadership.
