Spirit Led – Becoming | Sunday 22nd May 2022
On Sunday, we will be continuing the series of messages, ‘Spirit Led’. The foundational Bible verse for this series is Romans 8:14.
This week’s messages will be about the Fruit of the Holy Spirit – ‘Becoming’. Nicki Thorpe will be our speaker in the morning service at 10am.
The service will be both in-person and live streamed – link below.
At 10am our children meet as follows:
- Sparks for pre-school children aged 2-4 in the Prayer Chapel.
- Energize for children in Reception to year 6 in Oak.
- Ignite for young people in years 7-11 in Cypress.
- A creche area is available in the coffee lounge for parents/carers with children under the age of 2.
In our 6:30pm service, ‘Becoming – Going Deeper’ is our theme, when we will follow on from our morning service by looking at some questions from the morning in greater detail and hearing testimony. Join us from 5:30pm for coffee.

Spirit Led – Knowing | Sunday 15th May 2022
On Sunday, we will be starting a new series of messages, ‘Spirit Led’.
The foundational Bible verse for this series is Romans 8:14.
This week’s messages will be about the Person of the Holy Spirit – ‘Knowing’. Ian Clarkson will be our speaker in the morning service at 10am.
The service will be both in-person and live streamed, the link to the live stream is below.
At 10am our children meet as follows:
- Sparks for pre-school children aged 2-4 in the Prayer Chapel.
- Energize for children in Reception to year 6 in Oak.
- Ignite for young people in years 7-11 in Cypress.
- A creche area is available in the coffee lounge for parents/carers with children under the age of 2. Parents will need to stay with their child though as this is not staffed.
In our 6:30pm service, ‘Empowered – Going Deeper’ is our theme, when we will follow on from our morning service by looking at 3 questions from the morning in greater detail and hear testimony.

Sunday 8th May 2022 – In-person and Online
Our Conference themed weekend continues into Sunday with two great guest speakers.
At our 10am service on Sunday we will be hearing from Gerry Coates, Director of Global Engagement for FM World Missions. Gerry will be speaking on ‘Hope with Jesus at the Centre’. His Bible passage will be Revelation 7:9-17.
In our service at 6:30pm, we will be hearing Gerry McNamara, who also works for FM World Missions. Gerry is the Regional Director for FM in Central and Eastern Europe. Gerry will be giving us an update on the work in that area, which, of course, includes Ukraine. We will also be sharing in Communion together in this service.
Our 10:00am service will be both in-person and live streamed. The link to the online service is below.

Global Partners Sunday | 1st May 2022
Join us on Sunday as we hear from our Global Partnership Team.
At our 10am service we will be focusing on our overseas partners. Our speaker will be Oscar Aguirre who leads Pan de Vida in Ecuador, one of the ministries that Fulwood FMC supports.

Welcome | Sunday 24th April 2022
This coming Sunday will be a Welcome and Induction Service for our new Senior Pastor, Ian Winter. Please come to support and celebrate with Ian, Sarah and the family at this special service.
John Townley, National Leader for FMC UK & Ireland, will be speaking.

Sunday evening at 6:30pm continues our welcome day for the Winter family with a ‘meet the family’ time giving us an opportunity to learn a bit more about Sarah and the children.
Easter Sunday – Dead or Alive | Romans 6:1-14 | Ian Clarkson

In this talk Ian is looking at Romans 6:1-14 and is encouraging us to be dead to some things so that we can be alive to others.

East Sunday | 17th April 2022
Join us on Easter Sunday as we celebrate “Christ is Risen!”
We begin Easter Sunday with a short Communion service at 8:30am.
Our 10am service will be an all-age service. The speaker will be Ian Winter and the title of the message is, ‘Surrender – When Life Feels Out of Control’. The Bible reading is Matthew 26:36-46.
As this service is often busy, there will be an overflow if needed into Oak room. We will also have some socially-distanced seats available in Cypress room at the back of the building and stream the service into there. These socially-distanced seats do not need booking.

A creche area is available in the coffee lounge for parents/carers with children under the age of 2. Parents will need to stay with their child though as this is not staffed.

Join us on this Palm Sunday as we celebrate together.
We are in-person and online at 10:00am when our speaker will be Ian Higginbotham.
