This Sunday, we start our new Sunday message series, ‘Invested’. Our speaker at the 10am service will be Ian Higginbotham; the message title is ‘Kingdom Investment – Heavenly Treasure’ and the Bible reading is Matthew 6:19-21. The service will be both in-person and live streamed.
At 10am our children meet as follows:
Sparks for pre-school children aged 2-4 in the Prayer Chapel.
Energize for children in Reception to year 6 in Oak.
There will be no Ignite for young people in school years 7-11 on 23rd or 30th October.
Please also join us for our evening service at 6:30pm, when Ian Higginbotham will be looking further at ‘Kingdom Investment – Heavenly Treasure’.
Dan Feeny concludes our series Things Jesus never Said – Jesus came to bring us the truth about God and His plan for us, and it doesn’t always sound like what you may think.
In this talk Dan is thinking about that tricky subject for many – money. He does this by considering the words of 1 Timothy 6:6-10 and Matthew 6:19-24.
Ian Higginbotham continues our Ten Commandments series by considering the words from Exodus 20:17 which quite simply says:
‘You shall not covet your neighbour’s house. You shall not covet your neighbour’s wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbour.’
Ian also looks into James 4:1-8 and Matthew 6:25-34.
